Sample Sequence Forms

The Major Sample Sequence forms  are used to assist with planning future semesters. Please review your Academic Requirements Report (“Advisement Report”) on Student Admin to keep track of your requirements. This handout should only be used as a guide as each student’s academic plan may vary. When mapping out future semesters, include additional requirements for double majors/additional degrees, minors, pre-med requirements, honors courses, study abroad courses, etc. Consult with your advisor on a regular basis to ensure that you are meeting all requirements.

Students who begin their careers at a regional campus should plan to take physics during their sophomore year in place of a 2000s-level course in their major, if one is unavailable on their campus.

The following forms are suggested sample sequences for the 2019-2020 Catalog Year for each major:

If your catalog year is prior to 2019, you don't need 36 credits in the major. Students with  a catalog year prior to 2019,  need 24 credits in the major. Please refer to the worksheets based on your catalog year

Workbooks & Guide

In addition to the forms listed above, please consult the Undergraduate Catalog and your Academic Requirements Report to ensure you are meeting graduation requirements. Please refer to your Academic Requirements Report (Advisement Report) in Student Admin to determine your catalog year. Requirements for earlier catalog years can be found  in past catalogs.
